Digital Agency Manager

About the role

StoryLab is seeking an experienced Digital Agency Manager to lead the growth, operations and performance of its digital agency in Kaslik. You will combine creative insight with business acumen to drive client success and agency profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day agency operations, ensuring efficient project delivery and strong business performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client portfolio, increase revenue and enhance market presence.
• Oversee budgets, resource planning, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, guaranteeing high satisfaction levels.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams across account management, marketing, creative, production and project management.
• Establish operational processes, KPIs and best practices to improve scalability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience within a digital, marketing, creative or media agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content creation, social media and digital campaign workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets and overall business performance.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality client outcomes.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
