DevOps Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Analyst / DevOps professional to join our IS Operations team. The role focuses on maintaining the stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of internal systems and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues, documenting incidents in a ticketing system.
• Ensure business continuity by supporting end‑users, meeting response and resolution SLAs.
• Respond to automated alerts, perform routine maintenance, software updates and security patches.
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles for the operations team.
• Proactively recommend system improvements and process enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps implementation and systems administration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Linux operating systems, SQL and database administration.
• Monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana.
• CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Nexus.
• Container platforms: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting languages: Bash, Groovy, Python.
• Infrastructure automation: Ansible; cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
