Destination Manager – Voice

About the role

The Destination Manager – Voice will lead the performance of VOXVOX’s global voice destinations. You will ensure competitive pricing, high service quality, and profitability by expanding network routes, negotiating with carriers, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional profitability and meet company targets for wholesale voice.
• Define and execute destination strategies to increase market share.
• Manage bilateral and SWAP agreements to maximize profit and quality.
• Optimize routing paths for cost reduction, call quality, and reliability.
• Set market‑driven pricing for all wholesale voice products.
• Monitor and improve service quality across assigned countries.
• Analyze traffic patterns to identify routing optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management to negotiate agreements with customers.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Regularly review and update destination performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecom routing, wholesale voice, or related carrier services.
• Strong negotiation skills with carriers and international partners.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret traffic and market data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
