Design & Project Management Manager

About the role

VernateGroup is seeking a Design & Project Management Manager to lead its design department and drive high‑end furniture and interior projects across the Middle East. You will translate client visions into functional, elegant solutions while ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the design team, fostering creativity and efficiency.
• Develop original furniture and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hotel projects.
• Engage with clients to capture requirements and present innovative design proposals.
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and production teams to monitor manufacturing processes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of VernateGroup’s brand identity and product portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture and interior design.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Experience with 3D design software.
