Deputy Marketing Manager

About the role

The Deputy Marketing Manager will support OMT’s Head Office in Beirut by planning, creating and executing integrated marketing strategies. This role combines market intelligence, campaign management, digital marketing and performance analysis to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with OMT’s objectives, market characteristics and cost considerations.
• Monitor implementation of strategic marketing plans and manage budgets to achieve targeted ROI.
• Identify and activate the most effective marketing channels for brand communication.
• Lead digital initiatives, including content creation, SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical), website optimisation and multi‑platform analytics.
• Produce monthly performance reports, analyse social media metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Analyse existing processes, design enhancements and train colleagues on new procedures.
• Prepare and analyse financial forecasts, budgets and regular performance reports for the division.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing, digital campaigns and budget management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
