Deputy Manager, Health Field Services

About the role

The Deputy Manager supports and directly supervises the Health field team in implementing project activities across Lebanon. This role coordinates reporting, data collection, and stakeholder engagement at regional and community levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct joint field visits to Primary Health Care Centers, monitor processes, and revise improvement plans.
• Provide technical support for health promotion and disease prevention activities.
• Coordinate internal implementation with IMC field staff and external stakeholders, including sectoral meetings.
• Collect, review, and submit monthly reports; liaise with M&E, Health Information System, and accountability teams.
• Identify training needs, support capacity‑building activities, and respond to community complaints via the accountability hotline.
• Accompany field team during donor visits and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related medical field (Master’s in Public Health is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in health program management or senior positions in hospitals, PHCCs, or health‑focused NGOs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under stress.
• Commitment to organizational values and mission.
