Dental Assistant

About the role

The surgical Dental Assistant role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lebanon, primarily in Beirut with occasional assignments in Saida, Tyre or other locations. You will support the surgeon during operations, prepare the treatment room, and ensure smooth workflow throughout each procedure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room, arrange instruments, and assist chairside with suction and instrument handling during surgeries.
• Sterilize and organize dental equipment to maintain strict infection‑control standards.
• Communicate with patients before and after procedures, providing basic oral‑care and post‑operative instructions.
• Cover extra hours, holidays, and weekend call‑on operations as needed, and travel with the surgeon to other clinics across Lebanon.

Required profile

• Experience in a dental clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow clinical protocols.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for respectful patient interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying schedules.
