Demand & Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an analytical, commercially‑minded Demand & Growth Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will help build and operate a demand‑generation engine for our AI‑powered workplace intelligence solutions, translating go‑to‑market strategy into campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated B2B demand‑generation campaigns across paid, organic, email, website, ABM, webinars and events.
• Translate GTM priorities into campaign audiences, channels, offers, CTAs and execution plans.
• Coordinate campaign execution, monitor performance continuously and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting and other paid channels, including targeting, audiences, keywords, budgets and bidding.
• Collaborate with Brand & Content teams to develop and test ad messaging and creative.
• Run A/B tests on audiences, messaging, creative and offers.
• Track CPL, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
• Support account‑based marketing (ABM) and intent‑data initiatives.

Required profile

• Analytical and data‑driven mindset with a strong commercial focus.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to researching opportunities, proposing campaigns and testing ideas.
• Experience in B2B demand generation, paid acquisition and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to translate go‑to‑market strategy into measurable marketing activities that generate qualified opportunities.
