Data Analyst – Revenue Operations & AI Automation

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Data Analyst to own revenue data, manage the HubSpot environment, and build AI‑driven automations. The role works across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Payments and Finance, turning messy data and manual processes into scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting and analytical models across the customer lifecycle.
• Own and continuously improve the HubSpot environment, including workflows, properties and data quality.
• Design and implement AI agents and automation to replace repetitive manual tasks.
• Combine data from HubSpot and other business systems, define source‑of‑truth metrics and resolve data quality issues.
• Partner with GTM teams to define KPIs, improve forecasting and identify revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, revenue operations or a similar analytical role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot and working with Sales, Customer Success or Marketing teams.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis, comfortable with imperfect datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting using BI or visualization tools.
