Data Analyst – Client Services

About the role

Marc Media is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Client Services team. You will own the analytics for active MARC campaigns, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own analytics across active MARC campaigns and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Review campaign performance to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Provide clients with performance summaries, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Assist clients after project launch with deployment, reporting, and analytics integration.
• Help clients define success metrics and integrate MARC data with their CRM or broader marketing stack.
• Support sales as the technical expert on MARC analytics during prospect calls and demos.
• Improve dashboards, benchmarks, engagement scoring, and other analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data issues and enhance integrations.

Required profile

• Experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to interpret data and explain findings in plain language.
• Comfortable presenting directly to clients and supporting sales conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using SQL.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing technology platforms.
• Understanding of CRM systems and dashboard creation.
