About the role
The Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Specialist is responsible for detecting, assessing, and mitigating cyber threats to protect the organization’s information assets. This role gathers intelligence from multiple sources, transforms it into actionable insights, and supports proactive security measures.
Key responsibilities
- Collect threat intelligence from open sources, the dark web, and commercial feeds.
- Analyze threat data to identify patterns, trends, and indicators of compromise (IOCs).
- Correlate external intelligence with internal security events and incidents.
- Produce detailed, timely intelligence reports and threat profiles for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide actionable intelligence to guide preventive security controls and enhance detection strategies.
- Support incident response teams with intelligence on threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and contribute to post‑incident analysis.
Required profile
- Thorough understanding of cyber threat actors, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with SOC analysts, incident responders, and forensic experts.
- Clear communication skills for delivering concise intelligence briefings and reports.
