Customer Support Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Support Officer, you are the front line of the client experience. You’ll manage client inquiries end to end, process transactions accurately, and keep our back‑office workflows running smoothly across all trading platforms — delivering professional, timely service on every shift.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries across official support channels promptly and professionally.
• Process and verify deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers with full accuracy and traceability.
• Perform KYC checks and document verification, keeping client records complete and up‑to‑date in the CRM.
• Support agent/IB onboarding, account setups and product assignments.
• Communicate platform updates, maintenance notices and service notifications to clients.
• Log all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM and back‑office systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in Customer Support, Back Office or Operations, preferably in CFD/forex or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail when handling financial transactions and client data.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of requests.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of trading platforms and back‑office processes (deposits, withdrawals, KYC, transfers, reconciliation).
• Proficiency with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
• Experience handling KYC and document verification procedures.
