About the role

The Customer Support Executive role is a full-time on‑site position based in Tripoli. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media, ensuring timely and accurate responses while supporting the online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media.
  • Resolve product, order and delivery issues and guide customers through the online shopping process.
  • Escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up on open cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and monitor feedback.

Required profile

  • Strong customer support and service skills with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
  • Experience in online support for e‑commerce platforms and digital channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in relevant languages.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and ability to manage high inquiry volume.
  • Comfortable working on‑site in Tripoli and collaborating in a team environment.
