Customer Success Manager – Education Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our education‑technology team in Beirut. In this full‑time hybrid position you will be the main point of contact for our education partners, guiding them from onboarding through ongoing adoption of Slangit’s AI‑powered learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new education partners, understand their goals and configure the platform to meet their needs.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, training sessions and webinars to drive product adoption.
• Monitor account health and usage data, proactively addressing issues to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with product, sales and support teams to escalate problems, share feedback and influence product improvements.
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities, present best‑practice recommendations and support contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or client services, preferably in SaaS or education technology.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with a track record of building long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and French.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple accounts in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
