About the role
YMY Tutoring is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its team in Mar Elias, Beirut. You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, helping them navigate tutoring services and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
- Assist students and parents with tutoring requests and follow up with leads.
- Coordinate with tutors and internal teams to schedule sessions.
- Handle customer concerns, provide solutions, and maintain professional relationships.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Organized, responsive, and proactive.
