About the role
As an entry‑level Customer Service & Operations Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for Quiqup’s partners, merchants, shoppers and riders across KSA, UAE and other markets. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless post‑checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders, responding to requests, complaints and compliments with empathy and professionalism.
- Explain Quiqup’s operational procedures, policies and service details clearly to all stakeholders.
- Manage inbound requests and conduct outbound calls to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to add value to each customer interaction and build loyalty.
- Coordinate daily logistics, act as a liaison between partners and internal operations, and troubleshoot order‑related challenges in real time.
- Serve as an escalation point for delivery issues, working with logistics partners to find timely solutions.
- Liaise between drivers and end‑customers, update delivery addresses and ensure successful deliveries.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Problem‑solving attitude and willingness to take ownership of issues.
- Comfort with handling multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously.
