Customer Experience Representative (On-site, Ashrafieh)

About the role

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for managing customer communications, providing clear and accurate information, coordinating showroom appointments, welcoming clients, and ensuring that customer concerns are handled professionally and followed up until resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer text messages and phone calls, providing clear and accurate information about products, services, and customer inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments according to customer availability.
• Welcome and host clients during showroom visits, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with relevant team members to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout their interactions.
• Support daily customer service operations and help ensure smooth showroom coordination.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer relations or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• A professional, friendly, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• High school diploma preferred.
