Customer Experience Lead – Adventure Travel

About the role

Arabian Wanderers is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Lead to become the first point of contact for travelers across multiple channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help shape tools that give customers clearer insight into our adventure services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support (WhatsApp, social media, email, phone) with timely, professional responses.
• Hand over confirmed trips to operations, ensuring all customer details, requirements, and special requests are accurately transferred.
• Collect post‑trip feedback, document experiences, and trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Identify trends in inquiries to improve booking information and anticipate future requests.
• Develop and integrate efficiency‑boosting methods and tools into daily workflows.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and collaborate on improving B2C and B2B booking tools.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for travel, camping, hiking, and outdoor activities.
• Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays, aligned with pre‑planned trip schedules.
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, and able to maintain a positive attitude with customers.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
