Customer Care Specialist (Remote)

About the role

A remote Customer Care Specialist is needed to guide clients through solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently and maintain strong customer relationships. The role suits a strong multitasker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance to customers by phone, email and live chat.
• Deliver updates to over 100 clients daily via messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and objections, resolving them quickly.
• Follow up proactively with clients on pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience and implement improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM and note scheduled meetings.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote experience in a high-volume customer service role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus; familiarity with recruitment and HR processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle over 100 client interactions daily.
• Strong written and verbal English, patience and resilience with difficult clients.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
