CRM Administrator (WordPress / CMS Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Administrator (WordPress / CMS Manager) to support daily news operations at Arqoub Live, an independent media platform covering political, social and cultural affairs in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the WordPress website, including content, pages and plugins.
• Publish and format articles, news items and multimedia content.
• Maintain CRM systems, handling user data, segmentation and lists.
• Ensure website performance, speed and uptime, and monitor technical issues.
• Manage integrations with email tools, analytics and social media platforms.
• Implement SEO best practices and support content and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in CMS or CRM management.
• Proven experience with WordPress.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
