Creator Partnerships Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Executive to lead and expand Nutrili’s creator ecosystem across key platforms in the GCC and beyond. Based remotely in Beirut, you will turn influencers and creators into long‑term brand partners that boost both brand equity and sales for our fast‑growing wellness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creator strategies for always‑on and campaign‑led activations.
• Manage a network of creators from micro‑influencers to top‑tier talent, ensuring alignment with brand values and aesthetics.
• Write clear briefs, oversee content production, and coordinate gifting and seeding programs.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with creators through regular communication and collaboration with internal teams.
• Track and analyse creator performance using platform analytics and affiliate tools, optimizing campaigns for engagement, conversions and sales.
• Report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and sales impact, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or brand marketing.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with creators, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data, performance metrics and KPI reporting.
• Clear, confident communicator with a genuine interest in wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience with creator management tools and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Ability to craft compelling briefs and manage seeding, paid and affiliate campaigns.
