Creator Partnership & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Creator Partnership & Operations Specialist to lead Spark Social’s UGC production pipeline. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, managing creators, editors, and client communications to deliver high‑impact social ads.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, format, and polish scripts on Notion, incorporate client feedback, and create tailored creative briefs.
• Schedule and lead briefing calls with creators, set delivery deadlines, track submissions, and handle reshoots or missing footage.
• Maintain regular client updates on timelines, script approvals, and performance data, and coordinate internal communication across workstreams.
• Manage the content calendar, keep the operating system and Frame.io updated, and ensure all comments are resolved for client clarity.
• Review raw footage for completeness and quality, deciding on additional takes when needed.
• Assign projects to editors, provide daily support, review edited videos, and step in for quick edits or emergency tweaks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, preferably UGC, social content, or e‑commerce.
• Strong project‑management and communication abilities.
• Comfortable leading creators and editors with clarity and confidence.
• Ability to own the full production process from concept to delivery.
• Thrives in organized chaos and enjoys turning ideas into high‑performing content.
