Creator Acquisition & Social Media Lead

About the role

Fame Pass is building a creator‑economy platform that connects hospitality and lifestyle businesses with influencers and content creators across the MENA region. We are looking for a Creator Acquisition & Social Media Lead to own and grow our creator community, from recruitment through activation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the creator acquisition strategy for Lebanon and future GCC markets.
• Identify, recruit and onboard high‑quality influencers and content creators, managing the full funnel from outreach to activation.
• Develop creative campaigns and referral programs that boost creator applications and registrations.
• Maintain daily social‑media presence on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant platforms, producing short‑form Reels, TikToks and Stories.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video content using a phone and tools such as CapCut.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer on branded assets and campaign visuals.
• Recruit, train and supervise a team of 2–4 interns responsible for creator sourcing and outreach, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Work closely with the Venue Sales team to align the creator network with venue needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing or creator management.
• Proven ability to design and run acquisition funnels and to lead a small team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Experience creating and editing short‑form video content using CapCut.
• Content creation and community‑building expertise.
