Creative Director

About the role

Intuwition FZ-LLC is seeking a Creative Director to lead the visual and conceptual direction of client projects. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Beirut and offers flexibility to work partially from home.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the creative vision for digital marketing campaigns, branding systems and advertising assets.
• Lead concept development, campaign ideation and visual storytelling across social, search and display platforms.
• Mentor and manage designers and other creatives, providing clear art direction and ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, performance and media teams to translate data insights into effective creative solutions.
• Present concepts to clients, incorporate feedback and refine work based on performance metrics.
• Contribute to new‑business pitches and help shape overall creative strategy aligned with client objectives and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative direction and strategy, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong background in branding, visual identity development and multi‑channel guidelines.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating creative rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience using Figma or similar design collaboration tools.
