Country Operations Manager – Lebanon

About the role

Houri Hearing is seeking a Country Operations Manager to align its Lebanon branch network with the group’s operating model. Reporting to Group Operations in Dubai, you will oversee all operational functions so the commercial team can focus on patient care and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Standardise branch operations, including patient flow, service turnaround, after‑sales, targets and daily reporting.
• Manage finance processes such as cash handling, collections, supplier payments, expense approvals and month‑end close.
• Oversee inventory and supply‑chain activities, from cycle counts and reorder points to import coordination and warranty tracking.
• Prepare the monthly management pack for Dubai covering sales, margin, stock, cash, receivables, productivity and service KPIs.
• Assess current systems and lead the rollout of a common digital platform for patient records, sales, inventory and reporting, ensuring adoption across the network.
• Handle people‑related administration including contracts, attendance, payroll input, statutory compliance and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance and risk management covering licensing, insurance, third‑party payer administration, supplier agreements and internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multi‑branch operations, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Strong understanding of finance, cash flow and inventory management processes.
• Ability to implement standard operating procedures and drive consistency across locations.
• Excellent analytical skills to produce and interpret management reports.
• Hands‑on leadership style, capable of working on the floor and guiding teams directly.
