Country Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Country Operations Coordinator to support our agriculture business in Lebanon. The role will manage purchasing, demand forecasting and inventory coordination to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation and order placement.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using sales data, market trends and business needs.
• Coordinate with the sales team to monitor stock levels, sales trends and forecast alignment.
• Monitor inventory to ensure optimal availability while minimizing overstock and shortages.
• Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports for management decision‑making.
• Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee shipping activities by working with suppliers and logistics to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Handle product registration in Lebanon in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare commercial offers for the Lebanese market, aligning them with stock availability and cost structure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, contracts and supplier agreements.
• Support management in strategic planning related to supply chain and inventory control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and demand‑forecasting abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
