Content, Social Media & Business Development Executive

About the role

Gifty is a fast‑growing Lebanese gifting platform seeking a creative and proactive professional to lead its digital presence. You will combine content creation, social media management, and partner acquisition to boost brand awareness, app downloads, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create reels, stories, posts, captions and promotional assets, and appear on‑camera for short‑form videos when needed.
• Develop innovative marketing ideas for products, occasions, offers and campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all social platforms.
• Monitor trends, identify content opportunities, and engage followers, influencers and potential partners.
• Contact and onboard new stores, service providers and experience partners.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers and internal teams to prepare marketing materials.
• Track content and campaign performance, reporting insights and improvement suggestions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or business development.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and current social media trends.
• Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Creative, organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Interest in gifting, lifestyle, e‑commerce and digital products.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar design tool).
• CapCut (or similar video‑editing tool).
