Content Marketing Specialist (Part‑Time)

About the role

Infoquest is looking for a part‑time Content Marketing Specialist to run its content engine across video, written, and social formats. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and CEO to create, repurpose, and optimise content so it is discovered and cited by AI search engines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the monthly content calendar, co‑creating formats and campaigns with the Marketing Manager and CEO.
• Produce video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels, including shooting, editing, adding captions, motion graphics and thumbnails.
• Write articles, blog posts and LinkedIn updates that explain expert‑network topics in clear, engaging language.
• Structure all assets for AI search visibility with clear questions, answers, headings and factual data.
• Repurpose long‑form interviews into short clips, articles, carousels and schedule distribution across multiple platforms.
• Track performance, test hooks and formats, and deliver monthly performance summaries.

Required profile

• Portfolio that includes both short‑form and long‑form video as well as written content.
• Strong writing ability to explain niche B2B topics in different voices.
• Organised, reliable and able to maintain a recurring content calendar.
• Available 2‑3 days per week on‑site in Beirut.

Required skills

• Video editing with CapCut, Premiere or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews.
• Experience using AI‑assisted editing/research tools like Opus Clip or Descript.
• Understanding of SEO and AI search engine optimisation (GEO).
