Content & Design Specialist

About the role

Innovation Consulting Group (ICG) is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Content & Design Specialist to turn complex ideas, insights, and solutions into compelling stories, engaging visuals, and high‑quality marketing assets. The role supports ICG’s market presence, business growth, and brand positioning across B2B consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Create LinkedIn posts, blogs, thought‑leadership articles, case studies, service descriptions, and campaign content that align with ICG’s brand and market positioning.
• Design corporate presentations, client decks, sales enablement materials, service brochures, one‑pagers, proposal graphics, infographics, social media visuals, and event collateral.
• Develop digital assets for LinkedIn and other channels, including short‑form videos and basic animations, and repurpose existing content into multiple formats.
• Support sales and growth teams with client‑facing materials, enhancing proposals and presentations with professional layouts and graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency, improve templates, visual guidelines, and content standards, and continuously raise the quality of marketing assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Strong storytelling ability with a passion for translating technical and business concepts into clear, impactful messages.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams including marketing, sales, consultants, and leadership.
