Content Creator

About the role

The Content Creator will join the marketing team to plan, produce, and optimise written, visual and multimedia assets. Working on‑site, you will collaborate closely with designers and strategists to ensure all content aligns with brand tone and style while driving audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop content concepts in partnership with the marketing team.
• Create copy, basic visual designs, and short‑form video or multimedia pieces.
• Optimize content for performance across social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.
• Track and analyse content performance metrics to inform future strategies.

• Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
• Experience managing social media channels and understanding audience engagement.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative on‑site environment.
