Content Creator

About the role

Base Agency is seeking a creative and highly organized Content Creator to join its on‑site team in Beirut. You will work closely with the creative, strategy and account management teams to turn everyday moments into engaging short‑form digital stories for a variety of hospitality, fashion, lifestyle and design brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Capture high‑quality photo and video during shoots, events and client visits.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
• Produce content that follows each client’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts, campaign ideas and content series.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging formats.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing content production days and maintain an organized asset library.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time while maintaining exceptional quality.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience creating content for brands, agencies or personal platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Excellent mobile videography and photography skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
