Content Creator – Brand, Social Media & Marketing

About the role

SupportRoom is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Content Creator to strengthen its digital presence. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to turn company updates, product developments, industry trends, and customer insights into engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop new content ideas each month.
• Build and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities for content around AI, workplace intelligence, employee wellbeing, productivity, and the future of work.
• Create and publish engaging posts, captions, articles, and graphics for LinkedIn and other platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
• Monitor social media performance, extract insights, and refine future content.
• Support the production of marketing collateral such as one‑pagers, presentations, sales decks, brochures, and other company documents.

Required profile

• Strong creative mindset with an eye for branding and visual presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive collaborator comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
