Compensation & Benefits Officer

About the role

The Compensation & Benefits Officer supports the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that policies remain competitive and compliant with applicable laws. The role also involves drafting employee agreements and handling confidentiality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment certificates and recommendation letters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee personnel records.
• Assist in payroll preparation and analysis, keeping data current in Navision and payroll sheets.
• Oversee induction and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Prepare NSSF documentation, coordinate with NSSF representatives, and follow up on employee matters.
• Handle leavers’ paperwork and coordinate exit procedures with IT.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulations to ensure policy compliance.
• Administer employee leaves of absence, process paperwork, and track leave balances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, specifically compensation and benefits.
• Professional proficiency in the local language and English.
• Knowledge of Lebanese Labour Law and NSSF policies.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with quantitative data collection.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with a drive to foster a positive work environment.
