Community Manager – Multi‑Brand Portfolio (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to own the day‑to‑day online presence of a diverse portfolio of brands. You will live and breathe social media, stay ahead of internet culture, and nurture vibrant online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage each brand’s social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and emerging platforms.
• Schedule and publish content prepared by the creative team using the appropriate formats and timing.
• Respond to DMs, comments and mentions in each brand’s voice, fostering genuine conversations.
• Proactively engage with audiences through likes, replies and community‑building activities.
• Research trends, cultural moments, competitor activity and audience behavior; share insights weekly.
• Identify and outreach micro‑influencers relevant to each brand and geography.
• Flag opportunities, risks and recurring questions to creative and strategy teams.
• Produce monthly reports on community activity, growth, sentiment and emerging trends.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in community management or social media coordination.
• Deep personal passion for social media and early trend spotting.
• Ability to switch between distinct brand voices while maintaining quality.
• Highly organized, dependable and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable communicating clearly in English and Arabic.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
