Communications & Account Manager

About the role

KristiesLab, a strategic marketing and communications consultancy operating across seven Middle‑East markets, is seeking a Communications & Account Manager. You will own client accounts from brief to delivery, ensuring high‑quality PR, influencer, content and brand messaging work.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, leading briefings, kick‑offs and all key conversations.
• Drive project timelines, approvals and follow‑ups, providing structured updates and recaps.
• Develop and execute communications plans covering PR, content, influencer and digital tactics.
• Create and review press materials, coordinate media events and monitor coverage.
• Identify, brief and manage influencers, track performance and deliver reporting.
• Collaborate with creative, digital and operations teams to keep work on schedule and mitigate risks.
• Spot growth opportunities within accounts and propose added value.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, account management or agency marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Lebanese and regional media and influencer landscape.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining detail and structure.
• Comfortable writing briefs, recaps, campaign plans and presentations.
• Proactive, reliable and solutions‑driven, with willingness to be on‑ground during activations.
