Clinics and Diagnostic Center Coordinator

About the role

The Clinic & Outpatient Center Coordinator will oversee daily operational and administrative performance of a new multi‑specialty outpatient clinic and diagnostic center in Beirut. The role ensures smooth clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient intake, registration, appointment booking and throughput in the HIS/EMR to minimize wait times.
• Coordinate physician schedules, staffing rosters, and room allocations to maximize utilization of clinic and diagnostic services.
• Conduct daily inspections of exam and diagnostic areas and ensure facility upkeep.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, investigate complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze monthly patient volumes and physician utilization trends to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• BS in nursing or a clinical/paramedical field (mandatory).
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical administration.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hospital Information System / Electronic Medical Record (HIS/EMR) platforms.
