About the role

CTICTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II to lead and execute assigned clinical trials worldwide. The role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing all phases of a trial, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and complete full execution of assigned clinical trials, potentially acting as global trial lead.
• Set goals, timelines, and motivate the team to meet milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple global trial projects from start‑up through analysis, coordinating functional teams and external vendors.
• Develop and oversee trial plans, timelines, and deliverables, providing solutions to emerging challenges.
• Maintain accurate project tracking using computer‑assisted programs and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee Clinical Research Associate (CRA) activities, site monitoring, and issue escalation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑scope clinical trial projects, preferably global.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) expertise.
• Proficiency with project tracking and reporting software.
