Clinical Analytics Lead for Middle East and Gulf

About the role

Proximie is expanding its Clinical Analytics function to deliver deeper, actionable insights for operating rooms across the Middle East and Gulf. The Clinical Analytics Lead will translate data into meaningful insights that demonstrate ROI, optimise OR efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver bespoke analytics capabilities, including operational workflow analysis, performance metrics, and ROI assessments.
• Lead continuous insight generation from trend analysis to post‑launch evaluation, enabling customers to optimise OR performance.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Support to translate data‑driven insights into improved product adoption and growth.
• Provide customer‑derived insights to inform product strategy, roadmap and go‑to‑market plans.
• Support Sales and Business Development teams with data‑backed proposals and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Deep experience in healthcare analytics or clinical operations, preferably within hospitals or surgical environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that improve operational performance and ROI.
• Strong understanding of peri‑operative workflows and how data informs clinical, operational and financial decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability to influence senior stakeholders.
