Client Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will guide clients through solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain strong relationships, supporting our mission to help professionals land their dream roles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver daily updates to over 100 clients through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement enhancements.
• Manage multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service role.
• Familiarity with recruitment and HR processes (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (a plus).
• Ability to handle over 100 client interactions daily with efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong multitasking, organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when managing difficult client interactions.
• Passion for helping clients and exceeding expectations.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in various communication tools and platforms.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
