Client Relationship Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Representative to join our remote team. In this role you will guide clients through solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain strong customer relationships. The position requires multitasking, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver updates to over 100 clients daily through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients, offering clear instructions and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively follow up with clients to address pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service role.
• Familiarity with recruitment and HR processes is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Ability to handle over 100 client interactions daily with efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when managing difficult client interactions.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in various communication tools and platforms.
