Client Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our client connections within the haute couture segment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving loyalty, and supporting revenue growth for our international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the client database with accurate, comprehensive information.
• Segment clients based on purchase history, preferences, and demographics.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives to boost engagement and retention.
• Map the client journey, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance experiences at each touchpoint.
• Monitor feedback channels, address inquiries promptly, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage VIP programs, ensuring exclusive benefits and personalized attention for high‑value clients.
• Track and analyze CRM metrics such as lifetime value, retention rate, and satisfaction scores, producing regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM or client‑facing roles within the luxury fashion industry.
• Deep understanding of CRM principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of haute couture.
