Client Relationship Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Advisor to join our fully remote team. In this position you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our recruitment solutions, resolving inquiries quickly, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver daily updates to over 100 clients through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Handle client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and implement enhancements.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service role.
• Familiarity with recruitment or HR processes is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when handling difficult client interactions.
