Civil/Structural Draftsman – Revit Specialist

About the role

Ohana Development is looking for a skilled Civil/Structural Draftsman with at least four years of professional Revit experience. The role focuses on producing accurate structural and shop drawings while supporting BIM workflows to meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings, including plans, sections, and construction details.
• Develop and maintain structural BIM models using Revit.
• Produce reinforced concrete and steel shop drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes.
• Review and update drawings/models based on design changes and project requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable standards and project specifications.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 + years of experience in structural Revit modeling and drafting.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of reinforced concrete detailing.
• Solid understanding of steel detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret structural calculations and drawings.
• Familiarity with design codes such as ACI and AISC.
