Civil Works Team Leader (Telecom Sector)

About the role

Digital& SAL is seeking a Civil Works Team Leader to oversee telecom infrastructure projects in Lebanon, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Supervise the assembly and erection of tower installations and oversee construction of tower foundations and bases.
• Manage installation of antennas, microwave systems, cabling, power, and coaxial feeders.
• Liaise with the operations manager, clients, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cell site construction, including foundations, towers, canopies, shelters, generators, and fuel tanks.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and local regulatory construction requirements.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Team Leader in civil works within the telecom sector.
• Relevant Bachelor or TS degree.
