About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy, overseeing planning and analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting, audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Working closely with the CEO and the executive team, the CFO will drive decisions that affect the organization’s financial health and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
- Support financial planning and analysis initiatives across the business.
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and coordinate company audits.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all financial functions.
- Manage and nurture relationships with banking partners.
Required profile
- Strong finance‑based analytical skills.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in finance.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA (mandatory).
