Career Trainer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Career Trainer to join our remote team. You will research professional fields, guide clients through their career journeys, and provide ongoing support to help them secure their dream roles.

Key responsibilities

• Research diverse professional fields and create informative briefs for internal use.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to understand clients' backgrounds and identify suitable job titles.
• Design CV structures, interview training programs, and daily job‑application schedules tailored to each client.
• Analyze application outcomes, resolve client objections, and refine strategies to improve success rates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, career counseling, or a related role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly extroverted, quick‑thinking, and detail‑oriented.
• Reliable, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning.
