About the role

We are seeking an experienced Career Trainer to join our remote team. You will research diverse professional fields and guide clients through every step of their job search, from CV creation to interview preparation, ensuring they achieve their career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Research various professional fields and produce informative briefs for internal use.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to capture clients' professional backgrounds.
• Identify suitable job titles and roles aligned with clients' experience and aspirations.
• Design CV structures and content that match target positions.
• Develop and deliver personalized interview training programs.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather field‑specific insights.
• Plan daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms.
• Monitor application statuses and devise strategies to improve outcomes.
• Address client objections and turn concerns into positive results.
• Hold strategy meetings with clients facing challenges.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients for long‑term engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or a career‑related role.
• Proven expertise in career counseling and coaching.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Exceptional customer service and client‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with seamless code‑switching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly extroverted with strong interpersonal skills.
• Quick thinker able to respond promptly and accurately.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
