Business Process Engineer

About the role

Yared Shared Services (YSS) is looking for a Business Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement, standardisation and digital transformation across the JC Yared Group. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to analyse, redesign and optimise end‑to‑end processes, translating them into efficient Odoo ERP workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current “As‑Is” processes across all departments and Group companies through workshops, interviews and BPMN mapping.
• Design “To‑Be” processes, create detailed documentation and develop Standard Operating Procedures.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects using Lean, 5 Whys, Fishbone and Pareto techniques to eliminate waste and strengthen internal controls.
• Translate business requirements into functional Odoo ERP configurations, validate new workflows and support user testing and change‑management.
• Implement workflow automation and digital solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data integrity.
• Embed governance, segregation of duties and audit trails into process designs to ensure compliance with Group policies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business process analysis and redesign.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops and documenting processes.
• Detail‑oriented and results‑driven with a focus on measurable improvements.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP configuration and workflow design.
• BPMN or equivalent process‑mapping methodologies.
• Lean principles and continuous‑improvement tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto).
• Root‑cause analysis and SOP development.
