Business Analyst – Marketing Analytics & Automation

About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Marketing Analytics & Automation. This fully remote, hands‑on position blends operations automation with marketing performance tracking, allowing you to design, build, and maintain the data‑driven systems that power the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows (primarily using n8n) across business operations.
• Deploy AI agents to streamline property processes and reduce manual workload.
• Write and run daily SQL queries to generate accurate reports for leadership.
• Own internal databases, knowledge bases, and automated workflows, ensuring zero downtime.
• Audit and maintain tracking across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, website, calls, and WhatsApp.
• Set up, fix, and validate GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI, Google Ads conversion tracking, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Create and enforce a clean UTM naming structure for all campaigns.
• Build and maintain a Looker Studio dashboard covering spend, leads, CPL, source, campaign, and conversion quality.
• Produce a concise weekly reporting format for management.

Required profile

• Strong, hands‑on proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proven experience building and troubleshooting workflows in n8n.
• Familiarity with AI agent concepts and practical business deployment.
• Solid SQL skills for daily/weekly data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI, GTM, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Ability to audit tracking implementations, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Analytical mindset capable of maintaining complex systems and explaining insights.
