Business Analyst

About the role

Averda is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to define, prioritize, and document requirements, ensuring that implemented solutions deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with the System Architect to manage backlog items based on value, impact, and dependencies.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain functional and product documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance tracking.

Required skills

• Project management tools: JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps.
• Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban.
• Analytics and reporting: Power BI, KPI dashboard creation.
• Collaboration tools: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint.
• Technical documentation of APIs and modern web technologies.
